The Narrative
The Story
Sometimes the hardest thing to believe is the thing sitting right in front of you.

It's fall in the West Virginia hills, and brothers Hogan and Duke live in a world of airplanes, hangars, radios, tools and the constant activity of their small hometown airport.
During a secret pre-Christmas test flight, Santa's sleigh suffers a catastrophic failure and goes down in the woods. The boys find Santa unconscious, the sleigh badly damaged and eight reindeer who were never supposed to be there.
With Christmas approaching, Hogan, Duke and their airport family face an impossible problem: keep Santa safe, keep the situation quiet, recover the wreckage and somehow repair a flying machine that doesn't appear in any aviation manual.
But the deeper they get into the wreckage, the more one thing becomes clear:
This may not have been an accident.
What begins as a rescue becomes an adventure involving brothers, family, reindeer, aviation, mystery — and the realization that magic doesn't replace courage, preparation or teamwork.
Sometimes it simply gives them somewhere extraordinary to go.

Themes & Tone
Authenticity
Grounding the narrative in real aviation culture, real procedures and the genuine world of general aviation. The honest poetry of flight.
Coming of Age
A character-driven journey of courage, responsibility, and discovering what family can accomplish when something impossible lands in their backyard.
Restrained Magic
Christmas isn't a spectacle here. Magic doesn't replace preparation or judgment — it collides with the real world and has to survive that contact.
Community
The small airport is a community center. A place where generations cross paths, knowledge gets passed along, and the person in the next hangar may be the one who saves your day.
